What we collect. If you sign up, we store your email address and the optional role and city you enter, using our email provider, Kit (kit.com). Sign-ups are double opt-in: nothing is sent until you confirm. We use them only to send the OD Pay Map digest and benchmark-report updates you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
What we don't do. We don't sell or share your email. The site doesn't use cookies or advertising trackers. It's hosted on Cloudflare, and we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track you across sites.
Job data. Pay figures come from public job postings on employer career sites and public job APIs. We show facts (role, location, posted pay) and link to the original posting. Employers can ask for a correction or removal by contacting us.
Contact. Reply to any OD Pay Map email and it reaches us directly. (A dedicated contact address is coming soon.)
